In 1992 Beginning and Provisional Conclusion appeared, a collection of ninety-one views on the writer Ror Wolf, which summed up the response in the media, up to that point, to his work. The present volume continues the enterprise and deals with the period 1993-2012. Included are reviews of the three Tranchirer volumes which appeared in 1994, 2002 and 2005 respectively, of Two or Three Years Later (2003 and 2007), Pfeifer’s Travels (2007) as well as of radio plays, reprints and new editions. Considerations of his work as a whole and tributes are likewise contained in the volume which not only provides an overview of the ongoing reception but is also full of ideas for anyone wishing to look more closely at Ror Wolf’s work.

The editor
Kai U. Jürgens, born 1966, studied literature and in 1999 completed his doctoral thesis on Ror Wolf. He has since written on contemporary themes in literature, film, art and music and works for publishing houses, daily newspapers and radio stations. He has a wide-ranging commitment to the work of Ror Wolf and is one of the initiators of the website www.wirklichkeitsfabrik.de. He lives in Kiel.
